The short versionYou pay on delivery, you have 14 days to return the product, and the legal warranty lasts 2 years. The full terms follow.

1. The seller

2. When the sale is made

Sending the order form is an offer to buy. The sale is made when we call you, confirm the order and the address and accept it. If we cannot reach you, the order is not shipped.

3. Prices

Prices are in the currency shown on the page and include VAT where due. You pay the amount in your order summary. A crossed-out price is the price we charged before.

4. Payment

You pay in cash to the courier on delivery. We ask for no advance payment and take no cards on this site.

5. Delivery

Shipping is free. Delivery takes 2-4 working days from confirmation, to the address you gave. If you are out, the courier tries to arrange another delivery. Check the parcel before paying and report any damage to the courier.

6. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason. Write to returns@hinestora.com with your details and the product. Return it intact, in its packaging, with all accessories. We refund what you paid within 14 days of receiving it. If you withdraw, you pay the cost of sending it back. If the product is faulty, damaged on arrival or not as described, we pay.

7. Legal warranty

Every product has the 2-year legal warranty of conformity from delivery. If it is faulty or not as described you can ask for repair or replacement, or, in the cases the law provides, a price reduction or cancellation of the contract. Damage caused by wrong use is not covered.

8. Descriptions

We describe and show the products as accurately as we can. Photos are illustrative and colours may differ slightly on your screen. Stated performance (such as battery life) may vary with use.

9. Help and complaints

Write to info@hinestora.com. We answer within 2 working days.

10. Your data

We handle your data as explained on the Privacy page.

11. Applicable law

The contract is governed by Spanish law. For consumers in the European Union this does not remove the mandatory consumer protection of the country where they live.
